The entire ship is reserved exclusively for you, allowing you to enjoy an exceptional moment in a setting steeped in history. Discover a seven-course tasting menu inspired by Caribbean flavors, all homemade and served aboard the INDEPENDENCE, a historic vessel built in 1969. Whether celebrating your love, a marriage proposal, an anniversary, or simply the pleasure of being together, let yourself be swept away by a timeless evening, including a carefully selected bottle of champagne and thoughtful touches to make this moment unforgettable. Boarding at 4:50 PM via private shuttle. Experience begins at 5:00 PM. Return to the dock at your convenience or by 8:00 PM at the latest. Total duration approximately 3.5 hours, including shuttle transfer. Reservations required. Minimum 48 hours in advance Note: The ship is not sailing; this is not a cruise. It remains at anchor. Note 2: The INDEPENDENCE is a former Royal Navy warship, retaining its original access points. Boarding is via a pilot ladder, and some movement on board requires the use of nautical stairs. This experience is suitable for people with normal mobility who are able to move around the ship independently. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
