Embark on an exclusive gastronomic experience as you watch the sunset over Grand-Case. Discover a seven-course tasting menu inspired by Caribbean flavors, served aboard the INDEPENDENCE, a historic ship from 1969. An intimate setting, just a few guests, for an unforgettable evening. Boarding between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM at the Quay 58 dock in Grand-Case via private shuttle. The experience begins on the INDEPENDENCE at 5:00 PM. Return to the dock from 8:00 PM onwards. Total duration approximately 3.5 hours, including shuttle transfer. Reservations required. Minimum 48 hours in advance. Note: The ship does not sail; this is not a cruise. It remains at anchor. Note 2: The INDEPENDENCE is a former Royal Navy warship, retaining its original access points. Boarding is via a pilot ladder, and some movement on board requires the use of nautical stairs. This experience is suitable for people with normal mobility who are able to move around the boat independently. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
